I am in China now. There is no reason to block Semiwiki site
Did you use a non-PRC mobile to access SemiWiki while roaming in China, or did you use a local Wi-Fi connection?
As long as you are on own country data plan , nothing is blocked.
local wifi come in handy though when doing payments via alipay or wechat though.
