Entity List, fact vs. rumors

The US department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security updated the “Entity List” in April 2022. That is the most recent update. It’s really that simple, here is the link: https://www.commerce.gov/tags/entity-list

There are tons of rumors and “scoops” about China and the US, maneuvers and negotiations and speculations. It is usually presented as fact long before it is fact. I think it’s important to keep that in mind.

The most recent Entity List, by the way, has more to say about Russian entities than China. This is perhaps why there hasn’t been any response from China, but Russia has plenty to say.
