The 15% POTUS-protection-tariff was also executed after INTEL kissed the ring of the KING and was implemented by Softbank as leading client.

Hasset officially announced the USG tariff is 15% and they are looking forward to receive further clients in protection tariff
also known as POTUS-US-National Wealth Fund; well what's in a name POTUS-US, I think that means the same!

POT-US = US-National-"Wealth"-Fund
