Real reason for Samsung's quick ascent in logic process technology

Wow, that is an interesting read, thank you. I knew about the litigation against the former TSMC employees but not in this detail. I covered the SMIC trial but this is much much bigger in scope and could be landmark litigation for the semiconductor industry.
