Look up cube warehouses that have no people, use space and energy at an extreme efficiency. The rack structure supports the building which is like a huge vending machine of gigantic proportions. Almost ne people are required and run dark. More and more factories are able to run dark with no people and leave the goods on the loading dock. My neighbor worked at a plant like this that only had one shift and few people even on that shift. This was six years ago, no telling where they are now with AI/ML taking hold.
