Qualcomm Moving Back to TSM

It looks like TSM is set to dominate 7nm with Qualcomm moving production from Samsung of the snapdragon 855 and 865 5g to TSM 7nm process. This signifies another major shift from Samsung to TSM and validates their leadership in 7nm production. This is largely do to TSMC's ability to create an ecosystem of collaboration between themselves and other companies that is unmatched in the industry. Morris Chang elaborated on the strength of this model on several of their conference calls. This demonstrates that a superior business model, both internally and externally can be just as important as the technology. The ability to bring out the best in everyone in an organization and customers is the key to success that many have forgotten or discount. Maximum utilization of human, physical and IP resources and relationships is the key to success from the personal level to the political level. This is a lesson I hope world leaders can learn in the current trade disputes that could easily turn into an economic war. Any other thoughts or comments on where TSM's production processes might be going would be appreciated, especially in on chip memory.
