    Wafer Pricing

Hello - I calculated TSMC's ASP per 12" wafer as $3,062, however, I don't find this number too helpful as its for vastly different products (16nm vs 150nm) all blended together as one number.

Does anyone have a sense for ASP at each node (even if it is only a rough sense)?

    16/20nm
    28nm
    40/45nm
    65nm
    90nm
    110/130nm
    150/180nm
    250+nm

Thank you! Any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you Daniel and Joe! Those are both very helpful sources. I found another IC Insights post like that in 2013, only wish they did that every year!
