Sales Manager

Sales Manager is responsible for sustaining, establishing and growing the customer base in the
western United States. The Manager will work with a world-class sales team to formulate
strategies and execute sales activities partnering with Customer Service Engineer, Field
Customer Engineer and support organization.
 Sustain and enhance the relationship with existing accounts by interfacing with the
customer and factory to maintain a balance.
 Determine new opportunities and develop them into sales.
 Generate and increase the sales revenue.
 Create and manage relationships with clients and prospects by developing sales
objectives and strategies.
 Coordinate with Customer Service Engineer to achieve total customer satisfaction through
entire sales process and Field Customer Engineer to develop specific account strategies.
 Make sales presentations and provide quotes.
 Handle the NDA with customers.
 Manage the PO flow and the MPW flow.
 Provide the sales forecast and accounts update periodically.
 Support Marketing in collecting and providing information on competitor activities.
 Quote to customer.
 Schedule the customer visiting and new product introduction.
1. Qualification: Bachelors or higher degree preferably in EE or related engineering field.
2. Experience: Minimum 7 years in Semiconductor or Foundry related field and with at least
two years in sales. Familiarity with Power Semiconductors a plus.
3. Skills/Competencies:
 Executive level sales knowledge and experience.
 Excellent communication / presentation skills.
 Good organization ability / self motivated.
 Good negotiation skills.
 Fluent in English / Fluent in Korean a plus.
 High standards of professionalism and ethics.
