17:00 – 18:30 : Start-Up Panel

SAME 2012 will feature carefully selected high-tech start-ups developing new technologies and applications for the Microelectronics industry under a new format aiming at being better fitted to various needs.

6 selected semiconductor design start-ups: Adacsys, ProximusDA, Rune, Space CoDeisgn, XYVerify and ZettIce will present their project during 15 minutes to a selected panel of industrialists, journalists and investors.

20:00 – 22:00 : The award for the “Most Promising Start Up” will be presented during the evening networking dinner.
In the evening, an attractive relaxing “Dinner Party” is scheduled with the “Best Start-Up Award” SAME 2012 Conference.

Each paper and tutorial will be nominated for the “Best Paper Award” SAME 2012 Conference.

University booth

As part of the SAME’2012 Conference, a University Booth will be organized for EDA software and hardware demonstrations.
A prize will be awarded for the best PhD student University Demo.

Universities, research institutes and government funded project consortia interested in demonstrating their hardware and software projects are invited to fill out and return the application form.

All demonstrations will take place on Wednesday 3 of October 2012 within a dedicated time slot.
