    Electro-optical probing question

Does anyone know who can provide a non-contact electro-optical probing capability/service to check the signal integrity of an on-chip ~500MHz CMOS clock?

Need to check CMOS voltage levels, duty cycle, rise/fall times etc. This is an internal signal on a CMOS silicon chip that is wirebond packaged.

    Thanks!

I would contact either DCG Systems (the maker of the tools that do this), or a service lab like Presto Engineering. They should be able to help you out with this type of work.

We just completed a couple of work packages with Presto in France. I must say their work was excellent, and they can be highly recommended.
